After browsing through the pages, and having completed your shopping, you will be taken through an easy to use check out system. For your credit/debit card payment you will be taken to our Banks secure site. We don't even see your details! They notify us when the order has arrived and we then dispatch the items, generally within 48 hours. Click on the code number under Picture or Code to see an image of the garment. If you want to see a specific item then drop me an email on info@maternityexchange.co.uk and I will aim to have the picture loaded in 24 hours. If you need an appointment within 48 hours you will be given a mobile number to contact as an alternative so that we do not miss your call or text. We are available 2 - 8.00pm weekdays, 9-5pm Saturdays, by appointment only. We are only open by appointment so that you can browse in peace and have a more personal experience. When I was pregnant I found that I missed the lack of attention and help from the shop assistants - I simply disappeared as a customer and was offered no help or advice - even when I asked for it! We have a large selection of our stock displayed at our exchange in Bourne End. All items are racked by size. You can browse through the clothes over a coffee. Children are welcome - we have a toy box for under 4s. Come with a friend or relative. I am happy to offer advice - particularly for first time Mums - or come with a friend or relative and browse with their help.
