How to Buy

Buying On-Line

Use the tables and the shopping basket on the site. On the left you see various links on how to search our catalogue of maternity wear. All of our maternity wear is available ex-stock. We update our stock list as soon as items are sold. This is very important as who needs to hear the item you wanted is out of stock, and on a 4 week delivery, when you only wanted to wear it for 3 months! 

After browsing through the pages and when you want to pay you will be taken through an easy to use check out system. For your credit/debit card payment you will be taken to our Banks secure site. We don't even see your details! They notify us when the order has arrived and we then dispatch the items, generally within 48 hours.

Click on the code number under Picture or Code to see an image of the garment. If you want to see a specific item then drop me an email on info@maternityexchange.co.uk and I will aim to have the picture loaded in 24 hours.

Come visit one of our exchanges in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire Call us on 01628 851187 (Bourne End) for an appointment time.  We are available from 9.00am to 8pm 6 days a week, by appointment only.   We have a large selection of our stock displayed at our exchanges in Bourne End and Frimley Green. All items are racked by size. You can browse through the clothes over a coffee. Older children welcome. Come with a friend or relative. As we are a recent mums we are on hand to give advice of what suits you and from our experience what's worth buying and what may not last you  your full term.

Our Guarantee:
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. Our aim is to provide a service to other mums to be. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us immediately (within 10 days of posting). We will be more than happy to exchange it or provide a 100% refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee. We regret that delivery and packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

If you have a query or wish to check on a specific item please call us on 01628 851187. I can colour match specific items for you. So if you like a skirt I can suggest a number of blouses that will match or tone with it, and email or phone you with the list and photos. Alternatively, if you know your season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) I can work with you on building your whole wardrobe to compliment your hair and skin tone.
